Meditation

Meditation is a state of mental awareness. It consists of getting back to the present moment through different techniques and methods that help to free the mind from thoughts. There are dozens of meditation techniques; our instructors will guide you on your introspective journey.

Recommended practices

Guided meditation practices, yoga workshops and moments of introspection enrich the offerings at the Glorian Hotel.

SUGGESTED MEDITATION PRACTICES

  • Mantra or Mantram meditation practice: uses tools such as sounds, chanting, positive affirmations to free the mind from the swirl of thoughts.
  • Guided meditation practice: instructions from an experienced facilitator are followed to achieve a state of deep relaxation and awareness.
  • Static meditation practice: series of meditative practices of concentration through different states of consciousness in the direction of our spiritual essence.
  • Active and dynamic meditation practice: series of meditative practices combining body movement and meditation to achieve inner awareness.

The practices included will be suggested according to the abilities of the group.
